Based in Moscow, following a career in the corporate sector and academia, I have, for the last 12 years, worked Russia-wide and globally as a change catalyst, researcher, and facilitator exploring and prototyping the future in education, work, economies, and cities. I am the founder of Global Education Futures initiative, Co-Director of Campus Co-Evolve, a fellow of World Academy of Art & Science and a member of Trustee and Advisory boards of multiple international educational and research organizations. I co created a number of ‘future exploration’ tools such as Rapid Foresight, used by facilitators & practitioners in Russia and 20+ countries. I co-founded and experimented with innovative formats of social change such as the Foresight Fleet project attracting diverse leaders into the world’s largest week-long ‘future living labs’, resulting in long-standing economic & social effects, and our ‘Boiling Point’ network became one of the largest networks of ‘future cocreation’ coworking spaces, 120+ spaces across Russia and former Soviet Union. I collaborated in co-founding movements such as UN-supported ‘Future of Capital’, UNESCO-supported Learning Planet, The Weaving Lab and The Living Cities. Together with Global Education Futures collaborators, I authored multiple impactful studies on the future of skills and education, extensively used by global & national policymakers & businesses around the globe.
