This integrative learning journey is designed to open participants’ perception to generatives ways of knowing, doing and being and thus develop their capacities for leadership of self, others and organisational entities or systems. The current moment of global systemic crises necessitates an awakening of a significant number of individuals to their highest potential as well as catalysing their ability to evoke and provoke this in others. This learning journey is a navigator, a compass to voyage into the complexities of organisational and social transformation, as well as entering into the coming uncertainties with an emerging degree of committed confidence and synergetic purpose, to travel into the near future. Generative Leaders endeavour in all times, places and circumstances to co-produce or co-originate, ways of being, knowing or doing appropriate to context and circumstance.

Develop Self
To explore life-defining existential questions in a generative social field with fellow changemakers seeking a better world using an integral frame.
To identify sources and resources that nourish uplift and energise the self in the midst of disrupt.

Draw on the senses, sensemaking, through the body’s evolutionary wisdom to refine and define powerful practices of reflexivity and action learning.
Activating Conscious Collectives
Explore, expand and strengthen personalised leadership preferences through awakening to the power presence of collective intelligence and social fields

Drawing on action learning, reflection and developing raised awareness, activate action confidence and conviction within the spheres in which you operate

By the end of this learning journey you will:
- Develop and draw on awareness of your best self, as a creative source of inspiration renewal leadership capacities and generativity
- Identify, investigate and enhance generative sources that you draw upon to renew, nourish and revitalise your being and therefore your leadership capacities.
- To explain, describe and appraise how pursuing existential questions impacted your self concept as a leader.
- Through the arts and or other creative methods, generate activities and experiences that activate and optimise functioning of collectives, groups, teams or organisational entities.
